We have a team of professional technical service personnel and are always ready to visit the meat processing factory and give usage technical information, as well as on technology support and service when using our products.

The Vicel factory was established in 2012,using advanced technology from the USA and has established a strategic partnership with the Institute of Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, to explore innovation and utilization of plant fibers. Vicel designed and built the first fully independent factory in Asia to manufacture peelable cellulose sausage casing. A complete system was built that meets international standards including FSSC22000, Kosher, Halal, MUI, ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001. Also the company supports HACCP standards, complying with all requirements for traceability in the chemical process. This provides the customers the high excellent products with health and safety.
